By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you should not use this site.

PRIVACY POLICY
Information that you provide or that PENAWAR COMMUNITY collects from you through your access to and use of the site (including any personally-identifiable information that you choose to provide) is subject to PENAWAR COMMUNITY Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

PROFILE
Upon registering for PENAWAR COMMUNITY Online Community, you will be instructed to provide your name, email address and other information, which becomes part of your profile ("Profile Info"), which you may change at any time. You will also be asked to select a screen name and passwordwhich will identify you as a member upon entering the Site. You may not (i) select or use a screen name of another person with intent to impersonate that person, (ii) use a screen name in which another person has rights without authorization from that person, or (iii) use a screen name that PENAWAR COMMUNITY, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. You agree to provide (i) true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and (ii) maintain and properly update the Profile Info to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or PENAWAR COMMUNITY has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have, we have the right to suspend or terminate all current or future use of the Site. You must immediately notify PENAWAR COMMUNITY of any known or suspected unauthorized use of another community member's account, or any known or suspected breach of security. You should be cautious about sharing your account information with third parties. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your screen name and password and all usage or activity on your account, including use of the account by any third party, whether or not you authorized such use. Your Profile Info and posts are displayed only to the people you selected in your privacy settings. All comments, remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, photographs, materials or other information posted or communicated by users through this Site (collectively, the "Submission") will forever be the property of PENAWAR COMMUNITY.
